Our roasting project was born out of our desire to create a deeper connection to the producers, farms & origins that inspire us.
Roasted in a former gas station in the racing capital of the world, we roast in small batches on the Aillio Bullet to ensure the highest quality roasts without compromising on volume.
With the same sustainability values & the recycling/reuse practices we carry out at the shop, we seek to be environmentally responsible with the way we present our coffees.
All of our coffees are packaged in reusable glass jars that can be returned to the shop for a $1 credit towards your next drink or coffee.
